The wild rose that grows besides the stream,
The water that gently flows,
Welcoming the blooming of the bud,
The wonderful fragrance of freshness,
The mesmerizing color,
The wildness and the beauty of the rose,
Set in between the green deep forests,
Growing wild but magnificent,
The wild rose brings in the good news of season change,
Engrossed in its charm one cannot look away and miss…
A feeling that cannot be explained,
Thinking aloud,
Trying to see beauty in everything,
A quietness so within that silence seems loud,
A sadness within that happiness,
Emptiness so empty that nothing seems to fill that void…
No matter what life brought them,
One thing that they held proudly,
Was their billion dollar smile,
Priceless but worth much more,
Alms help and gifts help them survive,
They accepted with a smile on their faces,
The smallest to smallest joy was celebrated,
Simple things brought them happiness,
No money , Nothing could compare,
To the billion dollar smile….
There is an image in my head of the travels I made,
Which shouldn’t have come to an end,
There is an image in my head of my favorites ones I visited,
A memory still so fresh,
There is an image of the village I visited,
The country life I enjoyed,
The beautiful nature and spaces,
That calmness that comes by,
There is an image in my head of the river that flows and the sound which is a feeling one cannot deny,
The ever so long journeys on the road,
The pictures the scenic view that one enjoys,
The people we connect and meet and the learning experiences,
Definitely something worthwhile…
A scenic river with many boats,
Awaiting their passengers,
I get on the boat and we move,
The paddle gently stroking the water,
Back and forth,
The boatman with a smile paddles effortlessly,
The sun setting over the horizon,
The birds in the sky,
And small island of trees nearby,
We cross mangroves,
Deep forests like,
Moving ahead I can see water till far,
Ahead a spot where different rivers meet,
The breeze picks up and it becomes chilly,
Fog can be seen and felt,
The boat emerges gently from the fog,
Reaching our destination,
I am sad that this journey is over now,
But I have clicked a picture of this memory to stay forever in my mind..
The hills are calling me,
A voice that echoes,
The clear blue sky and the river that flows below,
The hills are calling me and I hear so,
The winds that make the trees dance,
The clouds bowing to the hills what a sight it must be,
The hills are calling me come visit,
The view is magnificent and I can say no more,
For I am now speechless and lost in its beauty….
Two streams flowing down the sloping sides,
Gently flowing into the rushing river tides,
Twisted and curved along the lines,
Clear and transparent,
A shine on the surface of water in the light,
Catching the eye of the passers by,
Admiring the beauty of the two streams flowing nearby…
They come in a range of colors,
They have the ability to change color,
Eyes are independently mobile,
But in aiming at a prey item,
They focus forward in coordination,
Climbing and visual hunting,
They live in warm habitats that range from rain forest to desert conditions,
Adjusting their colours for camouflage when threatened,
But most in social signaling and in reactions to temperature and other conditions,
Beautiful and colorful,
They are difficult to spot,
Blending in to where they are,
Making them the most unique creature of all..
The flowers whispered to each other,
The sun gleamed on them as they rejoiced,
White, yellow, red, bright in the light,
The rhythms and the sync across as they danced,
The green grass decorated with vibrant colors,
The different colors became more prominent capturing the different shades,
As they fluttered and danced in the wind…
Moving swiftly dancing along the way,
Potraying elegance in every movement,
Majestic and beautiful,
They land with their wings flapping,
Their slender long neck,
Making it easy to catch their prey,
Together always,
Never been apart,
Their reflection in water as they sway their way,
Magnificent swans and their beauty,
Words wouldn’t do justice,
Till you see them yourself and admire them in every way....
