The quiet stillness of reality,
I express without fear, my silence says it all
I sit silent and hear nothing,
I am far away from the world,
Yet sometimes silence is stronger than words they say,
There is nothing to explain,
With my silence you can hear the thoughts I wish to convey,
I am not weak silence is powerful,
It tells a story not spoken or read ,
It communicates a million things without things being said…
As my mind relaxes I hear a song,
I am in a phase of total solitude,
Calmness sets in rhythms unheard of,
Light waves of strings playing all through,
Tuning my mind to these vibrations,
I take in the energy the sounds bring to me….
Every key holds the melody,
There was magic in his hands and the music played along,
Mesmerizing sounds,
Pin drop silence among the crowd,
I lose myself in the music spirit,
Staring into nothingness,
Body sinks into the ocean of melody,
A sense of relaxation,
Soothing thoughts,
A different world comes alive and I sink even deeper in it…..
In search of peace,
Closer to Nature,
Lost in the tranquility,
The calmness and spirituality,
Mind transforms,
And a new state of serenity is attained…
I close my eyes and I feel everything around me,
The sun’s bright light still feeling bright with my eyes closed,
The sudden chillness of cool air that flows,
To the smell of the fresh air I breathe,
The fog that settles on that mountain gently,
To the call of the birds its time to leave,
The music I hear the dance and tapping of the feet,
The mixing of spices creating an aroma of mystery,
Fragrance of the flowers the wind brings as it passes by,
I close my eyes and I feel everything around me,
So beautiful and so serene….
There is an image in my head of the travels I made,
Which shouldn’t have come to an end,
There is an image in my head of my favorites ones I visited,
A memory still so fresh,
There is an image of the village I visited,
The country life I enjoyed,
The beautiful nature and spaces,
That calmness that comes by,
There is an image in my head of the river that flows and the sound which is a feeling one cannot deny,
The ever so long journeys on the road,
The pictures the scenic view that one enjoys,
The people we connect and meet and the learning experiences,
Definitely something worthwhile…
The hills are calling me,
A voice that echoes,
The clear blue sky and the river that flows below,
The hills are calling me and I hear so,
The winds that make the trees dance,
The clouds bowing to the hills what a sight it must be,
The hills are calling me come visit,
The view is magnificent and I can say no more,
For I am now speechless and lost in its beauty….
A portion of Bliss,
A portion of Serene calmness,
A slice for relaxation,
One slice of happiness,
And a final slice for compassion and gratitude,
Icing with lots of love….
